Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Welcome to DiscoveryVault. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the service works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you. We have tried to write them in straightforward language. If anything is unclear, please contact support.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using DiscoveryVault, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About DiscoveryVault
DiscoveryVault helps people research and locate difficult-to-find information. It combines automated search technology, external data sources, and reporting tools to organize useful leads in one place.
Reports may include links, magnet references, metadata, or other information relating to third-party resources. DiscoveryVault organizes these references but does not control or operate the underlying third-party sources.
Accounts
Please provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not sell, share, or transfer account access in a way that bypasses plan or usage limits.
Searches, reports, and results
Search results depend on the wording of a query and on information available from external sources at that moment. Some searches will produce strong leads; others may return limited, outdated, or no useful results. Purchasing a search or plan gives you access to the relevant DiscoveryVault functionality, but it does not guarantee that a particular title or resource will be found.
If a result seems incomplete, try another spelling or a more specific query, refresh the report where available, or ask our support team for help.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Prices, included credits, renewal terms, and other purchase details are shown before checkout. Search credits are normally consumed when a search is run. Recurring subscriptions renew as described at checkout until cancelled.
Free trial. Eligible first-time accounts may start the DiscoveryVault Plus subscription with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged when it starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription then continues automatically as a recurring monthly membership at the amount and currency displayed when you started the trial, and keeps renewing until cancelled. Cancelling before the trial end date prevents the first recurring charge; you can cancel at any time from your account page. One free trial is available per eligible account.
If you have a billing concern, duplicate charge, accidental purchase, or technical problem, please contact us. Refund requests are reviewed individually under our Refund Policy.
Using DiscoveryVault responsibly
You are responsible for using search results and external resources lawfully and safely. Please respect copyright, privacy, and other rights, verify important information independently, and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
You must not attack or disrupt the service, access accounts or systems without permission, bypass technical or payment limits, or use unauthorized automation to scrape or overload DiscoveryVault.
Third-party services
External websites, providers, and resources are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. DiscoveryVault does not own or endorse them merely because they appear in a report. Use normal online-safety precautions and decide for yourself whether an external resource is appropriate.
Our intellectual property
The DiscoveryVault name, branding, interface, software, and original site content belong to DiscoveryVault or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Rights-holder concerns
Rights holders can submit a concern under our Copyright & Rights Holder Policy. We review complete requests in good faith and may correct, restrict, or remove references where appropriate.
Changes, availability, and account action
We may update features, data sources, prices, or limits as the service evolves. We aim to keep DiscoveryVault available and useful, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security issues, provider changes, and events outside our control may sometimes affect the service.
We may limit, suspend, or close access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks, non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.
Warranty and liability
DiscoveryVault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, safety, or continued availability of search results or third-party resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoveryVault and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, harmful third-party material, unavailable external resources, or decisions made in reliance on search results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides additional protections.
