Common questions

A discovery didn’t find what I expected

Results depend on external sources beyond our control, and some titles are genuinely hard to find. Try a different spelling, a more specific title, or alternate wording. You can also open a report and use Refresh to run a fresh discovery (subject to a short cooldown between refreshes).

Managing your account

You can review your activity from your dashboard, remove individual searches from your history, and permanently delete your account from your account page at any time. Deleting your account removes your data; you can register again later with the same email.

Billing and refunds

For billing questions, duplicate charges, or refund requests, email [email protected]. Please review our Refund Policy first, as it explains what is and isn’t eligible.
