DiscoveryVault is designed to make difficult-to-find information easier to discover. We work hard to provide useful reports, but search results and external resources can change, disappear, or occasionally be incomplete.

Search results and external resources

Reports may include information or references gathered from third-party sources. Those sources are operated by other people and organizations, so DiscoveryVault cannot control their availability, accuracy, safety, legality, or content. A reference appearing in a report is not an endorsement of the external source.

Please use your own judgment

Check important information independently before relying on it, and make sure your use of any external resource is lawful and appropriate where you live. Take normal online-safety precautions, including using trusted security software and being cautious with unfamiliar sources.

Service availability

DiscoveryVault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause, or change features as the service evolves. We cannot promise that every search will find a particular result or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

If something looks wrong

Please let us know. Signed-in users can ask the live support assistant or open a support ticket, and anyone can contact us by email. We will try to investigate and help where we reasonably can. Visit our Support page for the available options.

Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoveryVault is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or unavailable third-party information, external services, or decisions made in reliance on search results. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
