Copyright & Rights Holder Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
We respect intellectual property and take rights-holder concerns seriously. If you believe a reference appearing in DiscoveryVault points to material that infringes your rights, please send us the details below. We will review the request in good faith.
What DiscoveryVault can review
DiscoveryVault is a search and discovery service. Reports may point to information available through independent third-party sources; the underlying material remains with those sources. We can review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the reference within DiscoveryVault. For removal from an external website or service, you will normally also need to contact its operator.
Rights-holder review requests
DiscoveryVault does not host, upload, store, distribute, mirror, sell, or provide software, serial numbers, license keys, cracks, keygens, patches, DRM circumvention tools, or illegal copies.
DiscoveryVault provides information-discovery reports based on public references, metadata, and availability observations. If you are a rights holder or an authorized agent and believe a title, product, query, report, or public reference should be reviewed, you may submit a rights-holder review request.
We may restrict future report creation for matching searches, hide or remove report information, or take other appropriate action after review.

Copyright notice
You may also send a copyright notice by email. To help us review it without unnecessary delay, please include:
- the rights holder or authorized agent name;
- a contact email address;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the DiscoveryVault report, query, or page at issue, if applicable;
- a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
- a statement that your notice is submitted in good faith;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- your electronic signature.
Send notices to [email protected]. For a structured request, the rights-holder review request form is the preferred route.
We will review appropriate notices and may remove, hide, restrict, or disable access to information where appropriate.

How We Respond
We may ask for clarification or evidence of authority, review the relevant entry, and take reasonable action such as correcting, restricting, or removing a reference. We may also contact the affected user where appropriate. Our response to a request does not imply an admission of liability.
