This Refund Policy applies to DiscoveryVault subscriptions, search credits, and one-time purchases. DiscoveryVault provides information and discovery services only.

Digital Nature of Services

DiscoveryVault services are digital and are delivered immediately. Search credits are consumed when searches are performed.

No Guarantee of Particular Results

DiscoveryVault guarantees access to its search and information discovery functionality, not the existence, quality, or availability of any particular result. Search outcomes depend on external sources outside DiscoveryVault’s control.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • dissatisfaction with results;
  • unavailable information;
  • changing third-party resources;
  • misunderstandings about the service;
  • consumed credits;
  • partially used subscriptions;
  • user mistakes.

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted at DiscoveryVault’s sole discretion in cases involving:

  • duplicate charges;
  • billing errors;
  • technical failures.

Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • account suspension;
  • account termination;
  • dispute responses;
  • permanent bans.
